How do I resend the confirmation email?
When a contact signs up for your newsletter but doesn't click the confirmation link, the signup remains unconfirmed. In that case, you can't yet send any newsletters to this contact.
To give the contact another chance to confirm their signup, you can resend the confirmation email. This is useful, for example, when someone says they didn't receive the original email.
To do this, go to the contacts list and select the contact. Then open the actions menu (via the three dots) and choose Resend confirmation email.
You can also select multiple contacts at the same time. The option is only available for contacts with the status Signed up but not yet confirmed. If you select any other contacts, the option is automatically disabled.
Inboxify uses the same confirmation email as the original signup. There's nothing extra you need to choose.
