Using Blocks

Blocks, together with structures, form the foundation of your newsletter design. Drag blocks into a structure to add content such as text, images, or buttons. Each block can then be edited and moved as needed.

Adding blocks

• Drag a block from the blocks menu into a structure in your design.
• You can place blocks inside columns, next to each other or stacked below one another.

Editing blocks

• Click a block to open its settings panel.
• In the panel you can adjust the content and styling, depending on the block type.

Moving blocks

• Hover over the block. On the left side you’ll see the Move icon: drag_pan
• Click and drag the block to another position within the same structure or to a different structure.

Duplicating or deleting blocks

• Hover over the block.
• Click the Duplicate icon content_copy to create an exact copy of the block.
• Click the Delete icon close to remove the block.

AI help with text blocks

• Hover over a text block to reveal extra icons.
• Click the AI icon to automatically let the editor:
  • Improve your text
  • Rephrase it
  • Make it longer
  • Make it shorter

Extra settings

• Many blocks have extra settings, such as margins, background colors, or text alignment.
• You can adjust these in the settings panel when the block is selected.
