Why Does It Say That Sending Has Been Paused on My Account?
We understand it’s frustrating when your ability to send emails is paused. But we find it even more important to prevent people from receiving unwanted emails through Inboxify. If you see this message, it usually means one of the following:
- You’ve received too many complaints through the “Unsubscribe and report sender” link on the unsubscribe page.
- Too many recipients marked your email as spam in providers like Hotmail, Gmail, or Yahoo.
- We’ve received one or more complaints directly via abuse@inboxify.nl.
- The content of your newsletter violates our Terms of Use.
If you believe the sending pause was applied in error, please email us at abuse@inboxify.nl. Include a clear explanation of why you believe the pause is incorrect and describe your relationship with the contacts in your list.
To help us lift the pause as quickly as possible, we recommend including as much relevant information as you can, such as:
- Proof of opt-in or subscription data
- A link to the page where contacts signed up for your newsletter
- Obfuscated customer data if relevant
You can also give us permission in your email to contact a small number of your subscribers to verify the relationship.
