What Is an Active Contact?

An active contact is a contact you can actually send newsletters to. In Inboxify, contacts are considered active if they meet the following conditions:

• They are marked as "Active" and are not unsubscribed or bounced.
• They have a valid email address.
• They are assigned to a list.
• They are not deleted or archived.

With our plans, you only pay for these active contacts. Unsubscribed or invalid email addresses don’t count toward your plan limit.
