WordPress – Inboxify Form Connector Plugin

With the Inboxify Form Connector, you can easily send signups from your WordPress forms to your lists in Inboxify. The plugin supports several popular form plugins such as Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Ninja Forms.

What is the Inboxify Form Connector?

The Form Connector is a WordPress plugin that lets you link an existing form on your website to a list in Inboxify. You decide which form fields are sent to which fields in Inboxify.

The plugin supports:

  • WPForms
  • Ninja Forms

Installation and activation

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Search for Inboxify Form Connector.
  4. Click Install Now and then Activate.
  5. You will now see Form Connector in the WordPress menu.
  6. Go to Form Connector > Settings and enter your API key and Secret key (found in Inboxify under Settings > API).

Creating a connection

  1. Go to Form Connector > Connections.
  2. Click New connection.
  3. Select a form you’ve created with Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Ninja Forms.
  4. Select the Inboxify list where you want to send the contact details.

Mapping fields

  1. After selecting a form and list, you can map the fields.
  2. For each form field, select the corresponding field in Inboxify (such as email address, first name, last name).
  3. Click Save.

Note: you must at least map the email address field.

Frequently asked questions

Will my form be changed?

No. Your form will remain the same on your site. The plugin listens for submissions in the background and automatically sends them to Inboxify.

What happens with duplicate signups?

If a contact is already on the list, the existing contact will be updated with the new information.

Can I link multiple forms to the same list?

Yes. You can create multiple connections with different forms, even if they point to the same list.
